Seceding from the Chicago collective

Generalizations are a scary matter.  Assuming the way someone will vote because of their skin color is offensive to me. Assuming based on skin color is collectivism, i.e. assigning perceived attributes of a group to each individual within that group, or treating a person differently because of the group from which they come. In this example, it’s racism, to be specific. Assuming what someone wants out of their career because of their age is offensive to me as well. Assuming based on age…...
