In Her Own Words: Jeannette Pai-Espinosa and intergenerational activism

Legacy comes in many forms. Jeannette Pai-Espinosa’s parents bequeathed her a life of activism which she is passing to her daughter. In the 1970s, I was a student organizer and president of the Association of Women & Students at Mizzou. We celebrated a successful student-led campaign to open a Women’s Center and bring essential resources like access to birth control and security lights to campus.
