APS promotes executive to financial leadership position

The parent company of Arizona Public Service Co. has added a new name to its C-suite. Elizabeth Blankenship has been promoted to chief accounting officer of Phoenix-based Pinnacle West Capital Corp. (NYSE: PNW) and its primary subsidiary, APS, according to regulatory filings. She started her new job on June 19.
