Responsibilities: + Active sourcing for multiple requisitions at a time (20 -25 at most) + Use of Workday ATS, Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and ZoomInfo Talent OS to identify top talent based on the intake notes and needs of each role + Partner with the primary recruiter for each role on what the expectations are and how they'll want to work and coordinate + Coordinate and administer screening for the primary recruiter with selected candidates, using a variety of tools/platforms, like Calendly, Spark Hire, and others + Potential participation in screening steps for select roles Requirements: + Strong experience in Indeed Resume and LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced Boolean + Experience and familiarity with any ATS and/or CRM (HR or Sales side) + Strong preference to someone who has recruited in a sales, marketing, IT, finance, data, supply chain, warehouse, etc. Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to ~~~ The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
