Recruiting Specialist

TruBlu HR Solutions is experiencing wonderful growth and is looking to add another dynamic person to the recruiting team!

Responsibilities:

• Sources and Recruits qualified professionals for both direct hire and temporary/contract positions utilizing job postings, job board, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Consistently recruiting candidates to keep an active list of available candidates

• Attend networking events and job fairs as needed

• Continue relationship with candidates once they are placed on assignment to handle any questions or concerns.

Requirements

• Highly Motivated, Energetic, and Positive Attitude

• Ideal candidate is great at creating and maintaining good communication and relationships

• Experience with high volume activity, experience in HR or recruiting

• Ideal employee for this position has experience recruiting for industrial, administrative, manufacturing, distribution or healthcare candidates

• Excellent communication and administrative skills

• Does well in fast pace environment with deadlines

• Team Focused!

• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
