Job Description: Support recruiting at our manufacturing facility in Melrose Park. Be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for all departments at all levels in our organization. Build strong business relationships with hiring to provide best in class recruitment solutions. Drive the hiring process from sourcing and resume review through interviews, offer compilation, and offer negotiation. Source candidates from multiple channels to include Indeed, Workday database and internet search. Support and participate in outreach initiatives for diversity and college hiring. Use discipline in following the hiring process and documenting work in Workday our company applicant tracking system. Help develop and enhance recruitment process to deliver excellent recruitment and customer service. * What level of education is required? ---- BS degree * How many years of experience? - min of 2 * Is pharmaceutical experience required? No but Manufacturing experience is highly desirable * Is there an option to work remote partially? Can work one day/week form home but we really need someone onsite * Any chance of extension?
