  • This person will be part of the Huran Resource/Operations Dept.  This not an IT position.

    The Plan Operations Systems Lead – PeopleSoft reports to the Director, Plan Operations and Integration, and primarily provides functional support for PeopleSoft Base Benefits and Benefits Administration. This individual will be responsible for the configuration and set up of new benefit plans as well as the maintenance of existing benefit plans. This position will monitor all aspects of benefits administration as well as provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefits programs. In addition, the Plan Operations Systems Lead will be responsible for providing functional support and oversight for other areas of PeopleSoft acting as the single point of contact for the design and configuration of our PeopleSoft instance (data, processes, reporting, etc.). This individual will work closely with our IT developers on all custom programming requirements. The Plan Operations Lead is expected to follow standard testing methodology and documentation processes, developing functional design documents, maintaining business process and technical solution documents, and developing and maintaining timelines for all benefit administration changes.   

    The Ideal Candidate Possesses

    a bachelor’s degree;

    five or more years of in-depth technical and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft benefits administration – prior PeopleSoft 9.2 experience a plus;

    strong functional knowledge of other aspects of PeopleSoft such as job data, payroll, etc.;

    experience working with other HCM solutions (SAP, Workday, etc.) a plus

    demonstrated success in the planning, implementation, and assessment of technology initiatives, information systems, and associated applications;

    demonstrated project management and organizational skills;

    excellent analytic and system literacy skills with an ability to review, analyze and make necessary recommendations; and

    excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
