    Position Title:

    Human Resources Manager

    Reports to:

    Practice Administrator

    Job Summary:

    Top advocate for staff and key liaison with management. Plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining company culture through the staffing process and employee relations.

    Essential Functions:


    Employee Relations

    Chief advocate for staff, facilitator of positive practice culture, mentor for PENTA's Core Values of Caring, Respect, Teamwork, and Clinical Quality.



    Posting of open positions, screening of resumes to identify top candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, preparation and presentation of employment offers.


    Onboard New Employees

    Administration of HRIS, assuring that all employment documentation is completed in a timely manner, education and review of PENTA Core Values and policies, orientation on timekeeping system and company benefits plan.


    Process Payroll

    Timely and complete administration of staff and physician payroll process.


    Benefits Administration

    Captain annual open enrollment, qualifying life event changes, and new hire enrollments.


    Performance Evaluations

    Design and facilitate staff performance evaluation system with related compensation adjustments based on industry benchmark surveys.

    · Preferred education - Bachelor Degree from accredited university with at least three years practical experience

    · Highly Desired - Professional certification (e.g. SHRM)

    · Highly Desired - Experience with Paylocity HR / Time and Labor
