We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Generalist to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

The selected candidate will provide a wide array of HR generalist services to our employees while acting as the subject-matter-expertise in a specialty HR function (i.e. Benefits, Compensation, Training & Development). The Senior HR Generalist will carry out various responsibilities including, but not limited to: recruiting, employee relations, employee appreciation, company events, benefits & compensation, training and employee development, performance management, and compliance.

• Must have excellent interpersonal (written, verbal) communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office; experience with ADP WorkforceNow is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license would be helpful; occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field required.
• One1(5) or more years of HR Generalist experience required.
• SHRM-CP and/or a professional certification is preferred; must be obtained within one year if absent.

This position requires on-site presence at our Corporate Headquarters in Rice Lake, Wisconsin; telecommuting is not available. However, reasonable relocation assistance is available.
