  • Human Resources Assistant Job Duties

    • Process daily edits and exceptions for hourly employees in Time and Attendance System.
    • Assist employees with benefit enrollment.
    • Maintain employee files.
    • Process temporary employees timecards and invoice approval.
    • Back up to HR Recruiter as needed
    • Other projects as assigned by HR Manager.

    Human Resources Assistant Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in full life cycle recruitment (posting requisitions, sourcing candidates, assessing and selecting talent and negotiating offers).
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience on ADP helpful.

    • Wages commensurate with experience
    • Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
