Human Resources Assistant Job Duties
- Process daily edits and exceptions for hourly employees in Time and Attendance System.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment.
- Maintain employee files.
- Process temporary employees timecards and invoice approval.
- Back up to HR Recruiter as needed
- Other projects as assigned by HR Manager.
Human Resources Assistant Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in full life cycle recruitment (posting requisitions, sourcing candidates, assessing and selecting talent and negotiating offers).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience on ADP helpful.

- Wages commensurate with experience
- Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
- Overtime may be required
