IN AN EFFORT TO PROVIDE A MORE HEALTHY, SAFE AND SATISFYING ENVIRONMENT TO OUR EMPLOYEES, INDIVIDUALS TO WHOM JOB OFFERS ARE EXTENDED MAY UNDERGO NICOTINE TESTING AS A PART OF THE PRE-EMPLOYMENT PROCESS.
Will provide general administrative support to executive recruiting function, duties will include but are not limited to:
Serve as point of contact for corporate recruiting function; field and redirect inquiries as applicable
Post requisitions for corporate recruiting function
Responsible for scheduling for corporate recruiting function
Initiate (kick-off) drug/background screens for corporate recruiting function and work with HRCS' vendor manager to address any issues with process/results
Maintain (or update as required) and distribute all related pre-, on- and post- boarding communications for both new hires and hiring managers
Support facility HR team with managing on-boarding initiatives as identified and assigned by manager (e.g., assisting with day-one orientation activities like I9, tours, etc., assist in the development of facility-wide monthly orientation, including overview of EEC, workplace protocols, wellness participation, etc., logistics with key stakeholders, greeting/directing attendees as needed, etc.)
Proactively communicate suggested changes and help HRCS maintain (or update as required) the contents of New Hire paperwork to support a consistent brand, and assist HRCS in the distribution/collection of offer letters, New Hire paperwork, and when applicable, submit information to HRCS mailbox for Personnel Change Notice (PCN) to be created
Serve as Contingent Workforce specialist, single point of contact for all requests for contingent workers to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and Tenet's policies. Support the on-boarding of all contingent workers (contractors, temporary workers, consultants, contingent workers on Tenet's payroll, etc.). Process contingent workforce-related invoices for corporate recruiting function; assist Finance with obtaining necessary cost information for accruals. Provide training and support to managers on how to follow process, using the tools like the Leader Guide and the Contract Management Database. Develop and maintain contingent workforce reports; summarize data, provide insights, and recommended actions to minimize costs ' and monitor trends.
Assist in the creation, development and maintenance of corporate Leader SharePoint site which will include human resource management processes and tools. Information will be organized consistently on site so leaders can quickly obtain an overview of the process, roles & responsibilities, process steps/map, best practices, templates, and actual examples when applicable.
In addition, as part of overall development plan, it will be expected that the Recruiting Specialist develops skills across the entire Talent Acquisition function, therefore duties may also engage Specialist in the following:
Support candidate sourcing efforts; explore social networking forums
Learn and develop a strong proficiency of all software applications including, Taleo, HRMSweb, EID requests procedures, Microsoft Office suite, and assisting with updates to the Executive Search database
Support facility HR with special projects related to improving pre-, on-, and post boarding processes to improve retention
Support content for facility newsletter, e.g., showcasing new hires, and marketing the Fountain Place 'community' via flats screens and other mediums as identified.
Other projects/duties as assigned
2-3 years experience in HR related function, recruiting administrations preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills and a must be a team player. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.
Ability to interact with all levels of management.
Excellent communications and professional presentation skills
Organizational and prioritization skills, including good follow through on projects and tasks. Must be meticulous to detail.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook required.
