    Contractor Recruiter Specialist

    PRIMARY PURPOSE: To support the recruiting team in contractor recruiting functions, i.e., sourcing, vetting and onboarding new contractors for the network to support the needs of the contractor network, client services, and field services teams.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assists the contractor recruiting team in the operation of the salesforce platform and process improvement initiatives.

    • Researches, sources, and vets prospective network contractors.

    • Provides training to the recruiting team.

    • Assists management by gathering weekly/monthly performance data on each recruiter coaching recruiters as needed.

    • Supports the contractor network, client services and field services teams by planning and completing ad hoc projects related to the contractor network.

    • Answers network contractor questions and assists with program/process updates.

    • Guides contractors through the onboarding process.

    • Develops strong ongoing business relationships with network contractors.

    • Maintains and monitors contractors' files to ensure they retain eligibility to remain in the network; notifies/explains program denials to contractors who are not successful in joining the network or are terminated.

    ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    • Supports the organization's quality program(s).

    • Travels as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education & Licensing

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

    Experience

    Four (4) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Construction knowledge or insurance adjusting background preferred.

    • Ability to articulate program details to prospective contractors

    • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

    • Excellent negotiating skills

    • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports

    • Ability to work in a team environment
