HR Specialist
REPORTS TO: Human Resource Administrator
PROVIDES DIRECT SUPPORT TO: Human Resource Administrators (HRA), Product Line Managers (PLM), Executive Level Staff or as may be assigned.
This entry level position has a great deal of challenge and growth potential and will require a person to be in a constant learning mode. Shall work within the guidelines and policies of Professional Performance Development Group, Inc. (Professional Performance) and the contract(s) to which assigned.
The HRS will perform all human resource and administrative functions as assigned below with a high degree of accuracy, organization, diligence, and resourcefulness.
The HRS will assist the HRA with performing human resource functions such as identifying three candidates for each vacancy, processing new hire paperwork, establishing and maintaining employee files, credentialing, resume research, keeping the corporate database updated, and assisting the PLM as directed.
The HRS contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Requirements:
Human Resource/recruiting experience preferred.
Demonstrates computer skills to include use of MS Word and Excel.
Must have good work ethic and integrity.
Dependability and ability to perform work with minimum of supervision.
Excellent personal skills and problem solving skills.
Passionate about work.
Human Resources or Business degree a must!
