Major job responsibilities include:
?Work in team environment to assist with deployment, implementation and support of web-based legal resources ?Provide telephone user support/assistance to customers for a variety of issues ?Conduct trouble-shooting and determine resolutions for customer issues ?Schedule and conduct product training sessions to individuals or groups of external customers on-site or via the telephone ?Create and manage a training schedule to meet customer needs ?Modify existing materials and/or develop new training materials for telephone and on-site training sessions
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess: ? BA/BS degree ? High technical aptitude, ability to quickly learn new technical concepts ? Ease with telephone and face-to-face customer relations as well as providing training/user support to an audience with different levels of computer literacy ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong organizational skills and effective time-management practices ? Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals ? Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office and Web applications ? Previous training experience strongly preferred ? Reliable transportation for regional travel and a valid drivers license
This position requires out of state and overnight travel - up to 50%.
