Position Summary:
Provides advanced subject matter expertise and compensation consulting. Acts strategically and proactively to identify trends and resolve a wide range of compensated related issues.Partners in developing process improvements and implementing corporate compensation programs such as the base compensation program, short-term incentives, recognition programs, compensation training for managers and employees, and conducting the annual focal process. Vendor management and identification of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Serves as compensation subject matter expert and internal consultant to resolve cases and provide comprehensive solutions to compensation related issues ranging from organization-wide programs to salary offers and job evaluations.
*Partners in developing and leading the annual compensation program including oversight of the survey process, creation of base pay budgets and annual short-term incentive plan.Works to recommend relevant compensation planning tools, change management and communications action plans, and focal training in support of the compensation focal as part of this overall responsibility.
*Provides oversight for all aspects of the online corporate recognition program and cash award recognition program. Including the establishing special budgets within tool and externally, generates reports, and analyzes usage.
*Assistance on other corporate wide projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in related field required. *8+ years of diverse compensation experience in support of a variety of client functions. Previous exposure to manufacturing companies a plus. *Advanced analytical skills *Project Management *Hands on knowledge of base salary and variable pay plan design *Strong attention to detail required *Ability to multi-task required *Advanced knowledge of PC Applications (Microsoft Excel and Access required) *Knowledge of other SAP HR or PeopleSoft systems desirable *Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and database applications preferred
