Job Summary: Responsible for branch staffing operations including servicing customer accounts; recruiting, placing, and supervising contract/temporary employees on assignments at customer sites; and recruiting and submitting direct placement candidates for customer consideration. Position may be located at branch or customer site.
Essential Duties (not necessarily in order of importance):
Receives and qualifies job orders, gaining approval from Branch Manager to service the order and to source, screen, interview, check references, test, and submit direct placement and contractor candidates to customer for consideration
Serve as a liaison between Superior, our customer and the candidate pool - must present yourself and our business values with professionalism
Manage assigned contract labor staff for daily work functions and employee relations to include terminations; ensure proper on-boarding and off-boarding of assigned contractors
Maintain set benchmark as set forth by Company
Use independent judgment and interviewing skills foundation to select and place contract candidates on contract assignments
Retain staff of temporary/contract employees to meet customer needs
Work closely with other Staffing Supervisors to ensure customer needs are being met
Service existing and new business accounts through regular customer contact/visits
Provide administrative supervision of contract employees; and maintain regular contact with direct placements
Work closely with customers to attend to and resolve administrative and personnel matters with contractors
Interface with associate suppliers to assist in filling orders
Maintain employee files and records for contract employees
Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality
Other Duties:
Establish community relations through frequent contact and branch activities
Submit periodic reports to management as requested
Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company
Senior Technical Staffing Supervisor may also be responsible to train and mentor other staff
Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures

Requirements:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 1 year of technical staffing industry experience -OR- one year of college coursework plus 3 years of technical staffing industry experience.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required, as is a working knowledge of online recruiting. Must have strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; and must present a positive and professional image. Must have a valid drivers license, a good driving record, and a serviceable vehicle suitable for business.
