Job Description:

We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an established Technical Recruiter in our Chicago loop office. Our Recruiters are responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coaching, and placing candidates in contract and full-time positions with our client companies. You will prepare candidates for interviews and educate candidates on proper interview techniques and current market trends. Together with our Sales team, you will coordinate interviews with client companies and negotiate salaries to place candidates in technical positions.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years in the staffing industry, with proven recruiting success

  • Exceptional follow-up skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Superior problem solving and facilitation skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Sense of urgency

  • Think-out-of-the-box attitude

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • No more than two jobs in a four year period
