We are looking for a Senior Recruiter/Resource Manager to join our Professional Services team to grow our team of top consultants and be a senior level representative to our customers. As a member of our growing company, you will be responsible for managing all recruiting activities including qualifying needs with the business development team, sourcing candidates, building relationships with the resources (contractors), and presenting candidates to business development team. Your task will also include create a system and setting overall recruiting strategy.
