As our Talent Planning Coordinator, you'll provide support to the Talent Planning Director(s) by being a proactive thought partner while helping develop and maintain organization processes and efficient operations. You will help prepare for Organizational Talent and Game Planning sessions including serving as note taker and utilizing the Talent Management system to update and maintain data. You will also produce necessary binders, reports, documentation and all meeting materials. The Talent Planning Coordinator will be a super user in our Talent Management System (SumTotal) and will be the first point of contact for the Talent Planning Director for troubleshooting, training and support as well as data management, ad-hoc reporting and analysis/insights as appropriate. You will continually seek process improvements, share consistent best practices across the team and support Talent Planning initiatives, including Talent Profiles and Manager Assessments, in close partnership with the Talent Practices team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related Field.
Two years of relevant work experience. An additional two years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Knowledge and understanding of HR systems and SumTotal preferred.
Intermediate to Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong organization and planning/coordination skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work with highly confidential information.
