Need Parsons Talent Management is setting up a Service Center to transform the current activities across our business units in Talent Management into a highly visible, well established, standardized Shared Service Center (TMSC). The TMSC will ultimately serve as and be recognized as the primary strategic business operations partner, responsible for all aspects of Talent Management administration.
The Position The successful candidate will report to and work closely with our Talent Management Information System (TMIS) Manager to gather a wide variety of data from different sources to create an Executive dashboard and other related reports. These reports will serve as a visual presentation of business performance measures, identify trends and quantify efficiencies/inefficiencies in regard to staffing and employee census information. Responsibilities will include functioning with all levels of the organization to gather requirements and produce a meaningful visual statistical analysis of data along with creating reporting efficiencies, automating reports and generating new reports as ad-hoc needs arise. The position is based in Clear Lake, TX.
Qualifications:
4-year degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (or equivalent) and 5 years of experience with reporting tools and data platforms. Human Resources experience is strongly preferred.
Solid working knowledge of MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with a TMIS and related processes
Must have a thorough understanding of relational database structures and experience with IBM/AS400 SQL
