Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for sourcing of talent and generating qualified, pre-screened candidate pools for open requisitions in hard-to-fill areas and within key talent areas.
· Source candidates for select roles with a focus on identifying talent through various digital media sourcing channels
· Oversee all digital media sourcing channel management, identification, development and performance
· Develop sourcing strategies for focus job family(ies) and other key functions
· Develops an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire as staffing levels dictate through both active and passive candidate identification, relationship building and tracking
· Serves as project lead on staffing projects and may manage large scale enterprise-wide staffing projects

Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience
· Requires a BA degree; minimum of 4 -7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
· Demonstrated experience developing sourcing plans and utilizing a variety of digital sourcing techniques to identify both active and passive candidates for defined talent needs.
· Experience leading staffing projects and/or participating as a senior team member, as well as managing and/or developing large scale enterprise-wide sourcing strategies.
· Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system (experience with the Taleo applicant tracking system is highly desirable)
· Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
· Demonstrated senior level sourcing experience of passive candidates through internet, association and networking research
