The Leadership and Talent Management organization at DISH Network has an opening for a Talent Management Consultant. This position will be located in Englewood, CO (South Denver) and will report to the Sr. Manager, Leadership Development and Talent Management.
The Talent Consultant will be responsible for assessing needs, designing and implementing talent management solutions that address the organizational, leadership, and development needs for DISH Network. This responsibility will require partnering with the respective HR partners, senior leaders and leadership development. Specific responsibilities are:
· Conduct needs assessment to evaluate gaps in talent and talent processes and systems.
· Manage and maximize the usage of the online talent management tool.
· Develop solutions to meet organizational, leadership or talent needs.
· Maintain accurate records of High Potential talent and suggest potential moves to enable personal development of those individuals
· Partner with others to build communication and change plans to support organizational, leadership and talent programs.
· Work with internal and external (vendors) stakeholders to manage program(s) toward strategic and operational objectives.
· Implement measurement strategies, analyzes results, and identifies program improvements.
· Responsible for ongoing maintenance, support, and improvement of talent programs.
· Build talent solutions based on input from needs assessment and a network of partners.
Bachelor degree required. Masters degree preferred.
