Opportunity
Summary Assist the Computing Sciences Human Resources staff by hand-delivering HR-related documents to supervisors, photocopying, collating materials to be included in interview packages and offer packages. Other duties may include sending faxes, basic data entry, typing, research on the Internet, and other duties in support of human resources as required.
Qualifications General knowledge of office etiquette and practices. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employment-related information. Solid skills in reading, writing, typing and arithmetic. Desirable: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Notes
This is a part-time position (typically eight hours per week). During peak workload periods, the incumbent may be asked (if available) to work up to a maximum of 15 hours per week. Students must be able to work during the summer months. The salary is dependent upon number of years of school completed.
