Description : Reporting to the SVP, Strategy & Business Development, this person will be responsible for identifying new major account opportunities and also assisting with existing bids of strategic importance in a pan-European capacity. Specifically, this role will: . Work closely with Regional and Country Managers to identify strategic account opportunities in Europe. . Identify decision makers and build relationships with key accounts at a strategic level . Develop value propositions and proposals and present them internally and externally. . Project manage and lead all tender development activities where necessary. . Lead negotiations with target companies and present tender material. . Co-ordinate discussions between Genworth teams and client teams where necessary. . Manage a small team of support staff to develop financial models and tender materials. . Support the set up of resources where necessary including recruitment of key personnel. The role will be based in London. Extensive travel is likely across Europe and potentially to other countries outside Europe.
Essential Qualifications: . Outstanding personal presentation and communication skills . Significant sales and Business Development experience in the Financial Services industry in multiple markets. . Demonstrated sales excellence. . Analytical and numerate with the ability to make the information accessible to others . Excellent PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint etc. . Demonstrated self drive and initiative .
