The Assistant Operations Manager will assist the Operations Manager in managing the operational aspects, as directed, of the Northeast Quadrant Advanced Life Support, Inc. (NEQ). The Assistant Operations Manager receives direction from the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include assisting the Operations Manager with the daily and ongoing operations and assisting with the administrative functions of the agency including leadership, staffing, equipment management, overseeing standards of care, planning and implementing safety and training programs, overseeing quality assurance program, and as narcotics officer maintains and oversees controlled substance program. Also represents the agency at MLREMS and ALS committee meetings.
