Sr. Quantitative Analyst
SAS / SQL
A leading provider of investment research for over 75 years, is seeking a Quantitative Economist to joint the Quantitative Research team. This is a fast track position with unlimited potential for a gifted Quantitative Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Develop new and proprietary selection models, as well as improve and update existing ones
Engage in product/application development for jointly managed equity investing
Build specialized optimization and simlulation models
Develop customized strategies for licensing products
Contribute to the asset allocation process and set research priorities
Qualifications:
masters Degree or Ph. D. in Economics,
Operations Research or a related field
Prior Financial Services industry experience is required
Experience using statistical techniques, quantitative methods, and outside research.
Strong working knowledge of SAS and SQL are required.
Prior experience wiyj Custom ranking systems is highly preferred!
Base Salary to 200K!
