Our client, a leading Long Island based Real Estate organization seeks a Senior Property Accountant. This position will report to the Controller and be responsible for various aspects of JOINT VENTURE accounting. This position has outstanding exposure and visibility, along with very competitive compensation package and unlimited career advancement.
The Senior Property Accountant must have 4+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience (Public Accounting or Corporate) with significant experience accounting for 'JOINT VENTURE' activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required for this Long Island based position.
