Job Description
1. Identifies human resources opportunities and needs. Develops a course of action utilizing
2. Baxter-wide standard programs and guidelines to support business needs
3. Serves as key business/function HR partner to the senior management team of the function or business unit
4. Directs local talent planning which includes implementation of function-wide training and development plans and talent management support
5. Directs and recommends appropriate local implementation of Baxter-wide HR programs/policies (e.g., ASR, TMS)
6. Provide coaching and counseling to the management team to effectively support their organization
7. Develop measurement systems to determine the impact of HR programs In conjunction with Employee Relations, provides counsel to management on complex employee relations issues
8. Implement HR processes as needed
9. Partner with HR colleagues in Field, COEs and shared services to effectively deliver HR services
Job Requirements
1. Ability to develop a plan of action and implement.
2. Ability to influence and persuade appropriately to drive change.
3. Promote teamwork through involvement and communication.
4. Able to manage relationships through understanding of environment and needs.
5. Excellent analytical and process management skills with strong business acumen.
6. Bachelor's degree required.
7. 7 plus years Human Resources experience, at least 5 years in a generalist role.
