As the Sr. Director Talent Solutions, you will be responsible for maintaining talent solutions (i.e., processes, tools and methodologies) used across Global Learning & Performance and in business units. Continually evaluates existing solutions and evolves them as needed to meet changing needs. Knowledgeable about external market (practices in other companies as well as new products and services). Works with Leadership and Pipeline Development staff, ADP Learning and global HR organizations to understand their requirements and identify solutions that meet their needs. Educates learning community and HR Business Partners about solutions available in order to maximize impact. Examples of solutions are succession planning process and tools, 360 process, assessment methodologies, and performance management process and tools. Ensures that tools are embedded in high potential and leadership development programs.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field required. - 10 years of HR generalist/business partner experience highly desirable. - 5 years experience directly involved in talent management or leadership development. - Continually seeks best of breed solutions. - Not content with status quo, seeks ways to optimize both current solutions and investment in solutions. - Has practical experience applying or implementing solutions, preferably across multiple business units or corporate-wide. - Able to work across organization lines to get things done. - Strong influence skills and interpersonal skills. - Good analytical skills. - Demonstrated ability to evaluate among a wide variety of solutions. - Knowledgeable about best practices in the talent and development field. - Some supervisory experience desirable

Execution of these responsibilities is important to the development of current and future leaders of ADP. Failure to properly perform the job will result in fragmented approaches to development as well as sub-optimizing ADP's investment in talent solutions. He/she will partner with other members of the Global Learning organization and with BU colleagues throughout the company in the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of a range of talent solutions.
