Job Description PURPOSE:

This position will develop recommendations for complex changes to improve and support numerous HR Processes, while project managing the design, installation, and rollout of various HRIT tools in support of those processes. It will serve as a direct liaison between HRIS and IT to support HRIT project initiatives. This position will also act as the primary data steward for the development of data interfaces, data integration, data security and may create complex functional and technical specifications and flowcharts to support those objectives. In addition, this position will support GlobeShare and assist with adherence to the governance model.

RELATIONSHIPS:

This position reports to the Director, Compensation, HRIS, Payroll & Mobility. It is accountable for managing multiple internal, external and corporate relationships including NN A/S on HRIT initiatives. Develops and maintains strong relationships with HR business partners and HR management throughout the organization. Would be the primary contact with HRIT consultants and a multitude of external vendors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This position will perform analysis of the business goals, objectives and needs of the HR organization and may create functional and technical specifications and flowcharts to support those objectives.
Participates in planning and design of the various HR processes and systems.
Prepares recommendations for changes to improve and support the various HR Processes.
May facilitate business case development (planning, initiation, responding to budget/plan changes, perform ad hoc planning requests and evaluations).
Works with HR colleagues to finalize processes and identify requirements for new projects, as well as guide them through the RFI and RFP processes as needed.
Assists with the development, maintenance, modification of system interfaces.
Helps determine HR system technology priorities and prepares for long term HR system technology needs.
Supports Global and Regional projects by providing assistance during design, testing, and training phases. Will perform testing of system upgrades, patches and enhancements to HR systems in order to ensure systems are functioning properly according to specification and end user requirements.
Responsible for the rollout of HR system enhancements and new systems to support HR initiatives.
Project manages the design, installation, and rollout of various e-HR tools in support of various HR processes.
Determines and prioritize both operational and strategic requirements for HR reports and analytics (particularly with the HR Data Hub), in consultation with appropriate HR personnel
Acts as GlobeShare lead for the HR Track, assists with adherence to the governance model, ensures quarterly reviews, and reports and analyzes GlobeShare activity.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Requires a minimum of three to six years experience working in HR, which at least three years working in HRIS/HRIT.
Should have experience in 2-3 HR disciplines (such as Compensation, Staffing, Organizational Development, or Generalist experience).
Candidates should have a "technical background" with experience in implementing various HRIT solutions including automated workflow tools, Internet and Intranet sites, various systems etc.
Demonstrates a "process background" with experience in developing and implementing new HR processes combined with HRIT solutions
Bachelors degree required; relevant experience and/or certification in specialized HR function may be substituted for degree, when appropriate
Additional Information OTHER:

Approximately 5% overnight travel
