Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Analyst, HR Tech- SAP Specialist for our Parsippany, New Jersey location. This position is responsible for providing support to the HR Technology Group in the design and development of business and/or technical specifications to modify existing HR processes and solutions in SAP HCM and other internal/external applications. Additionally, you will provide system support to the HR team for ad hoc reporting in the ECC and Business Warehouse; fulfill simple and complex reporting needs via SAP HCM query tools for HR and other departments; provide technical and functional HRIS support for a variety of key processes including Compensation, Benefits and Staffing; conduct high-level analysis, data validation and auditing to ensure data integrity; and work closely with the Center of Excellence department to ensure timely delivery and prioritization of HR requests

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will develop high-level analytical reports using the various SAP HCM query tools and Business Warehouse to support the request of HR and other internal departments; gather Requirements from business stakeholders and users to define business case, scope, process and provide detailed business requirements and business rules; and provide design requirements and perform unit testing of modifications and enhancements to all SAP HCM modules and other HR technology applications. You will also create test scripts and user documentation HCM modules; test and ensure the enhancements requested are in accordance with requirements; and provide support in the development of technical specifications for internal and external interfaces to and from all HR technology applications such as Dendrite, Payroll IDOC, and Sales Tier Tool.

Education/Experience
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or commensurate experience. A minimum of 3 years experience of HRIS experience including atleast 1 year experience working with reporting in SAP HR - PA, OM, Compensation modules and creating custom queries. Proficiency or experience in PD, LSO, BW, MSS, ESS reporting is a plus. Strong knowledge of HR technology and practices, system technical architecture, office application products database elements, relationship and query concepts/report writing skills; proficient in developing queries; and writing business user specs and possess a strong understanding of relational databases are critical skills in this role.
