Senior Technical Recruiter - GDCA Tracking Code 8108 Job Description Dynamics Research Corporation is a $270M Federal IT Services Solutions provider with approximately 1400 employees which includes a Federal Solutions Group based in Reston and Kadix Systems Group, a consulting practice, located in Arlington, Virginia. Together, these two business units employee approximately 600 employees. DRC is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to partner with local hiring managers to ensure that the company attracts and retains the qualified employees needed to achieve aggressive growth objectives for the greater DC area (GDCA). Reporting to the Director, Human Resources – GDCA, the primary focus of this position is to source and recruit qualified candidates for current and projected openings, working in close partnership with the local management teams. Sr. Technical Recruiter - Specific Responsibilities (full cycle recruiting): * Establish business partner relationships with targeted business unit leaders to fully understand the work environment and job profiles of all assigned job openings and pending requisitions. * Review pending job requisitions for accuracy and rework job descriptions, skills and experience sections to insure a compelling job posting for attracting active candidates in search of their next career opportunity. * Partner with hiring managers to identify effective sourcing strategies with the objective of presenting 3-5 qualified candidates for each opening. * Initiate search techniques (Internet, Social Networking, personal networking) to identify passive candidates who may be interested in DRC’s growth opportunities. * Support job fairs as required by strategic needs of business and for branding of DRC in the Washington area. * Pre-screen candidates for interest, basic qualifications and salary expectations. * Manage all candidate activity through the use of DRC’s applicant tracking system (ATS), OpenHire. Update report of weekly candidate activity for management transparency. * Provide candidate summary to hiring manager and help to coordinate interview process with manager and interview team. Develop interview evaluation form to support an objective review of candidate’s qualifications for the opening. * Follow up with candidates to continue recruiting process, answer questions and to establish interest and needs. * Negotiate a win-win offer of employment with candidate consistent with the needs of the business. * Initiate offer approval process and extend formal offer of employment. * Close out job on OpenHire and properly disposition all candidates for Affirmative Action reporting. Required Experience Position Requirements: * Ten plus years of IT technical recruiting experience with significant government contract and technology management content. * For Intel recruiter: Expertise in full life-cycle recruitment of cleared candidates requiring government TS/SCI polygraph with a focus on the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO) * Experience with agency staffing to understand metrics and productivity standards * Multi-year experience in corporate recruiting to demonstrate stability Job Location Reston, VA, US.
