The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)is responsible for identifying and attracting qualified talent to Russell, while providing consultative services to Russell business leaders and hiring managers related to staffing and recruiting. This person will develop, implement, manage, and measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies for current and future open positions throughout the organization.
The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:
* Develop and execute comprehensive full cycle recruiting strategies designed to maximize the quality of talent Russell is hiring into the organization.
* Assess business needs in collaboration with business leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR Managers to anticipate hiring needs and implement recruiting programs to meet business goals.
* Promote the Russell employment brand in the market through effective advertising, participating in community and college events, direct sourcing activities, educating passive candidates on Russell, and ensuring that successful and unsuccessful candidates for Russell positions have a positive experience interacting with the company.
* Proactive sourcing: Research and strategically contact top performers industry wide, dialogue regarding current or future Russell opportunities.
* Screen and present internal and external candidates to hiring managers, and manage the selection and offer process to a successful outcome.
* Network and maintain relationships with a wide variety of candidate communities and recruiting resources for short and long term hiring opportunities, including current Russell Associates through the Associate Referral Program.
The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:
* 8+ years recruiting experience in fast paced, strategic recruiting environments.
* Demonstrable track record of success sourcing passive candidates.
* Demonstrable track record of success collaborating with senior level executives.
