Basic Objectives - The Senior Industry Manager HR Services is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies, including tactical action plans and internal processes and procedures, for the >$400MM Human Resource category (e.g., outplacement, relocation, recruiting, executive search, drug & background screening, and training) ncipal Accountabilities - Establish a valued working relationship with internal stakeholders and establish Strategic Supply Management as a knowledgeable authority of leading practices for sourcing Human Resources related services - Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing and category management strategies and actionable plans that continually improve quality, cost, and service levels for Human Resources related services in a currently decentralized business environment - Establish and lead cross-functional and cross-division teams in the successful implementation of those strategies and plans, targeting compliance with centrally negotiated agreements and internal processes and procedures, including the use of preferred business partners - Participate in and serve as the Strategic Supply Management lead across relevant Human Resources councils and other work groups - Establish criteria for the evaluation and selection of business partners; lead the negotiation of contracts to deliver optimal economics, develop contract language that is not unfavorable to PepsiCo, minimize risk, and ensure consistency with PepsiCo's policies; lead change management necessary to transition between business partners - Lead the resolution of business partner related issues that affect the achievement of internal stakeholders' business requirements, including contingency planning - Establish metrics to drive continuous improvement and manage business partner and internal stakeholder performance against same - Extend MWBE spending within the Human Resources category and develop new MWBE suppliers - Lead efforts to leverage supplier base to deliver enhanced options in the international marketplaceDirection - Direction and leadership is provided by the Group Manager Professional & Corporate ServicesDimensions - Manage approximately $400MM of spending - Internal stakeholders reside within PepsiCo and its operating units and Independent Bottlers
Requirements:
