Senior Compensation Analyst
We currently have an opening in our Talent and Organizational Consulting practice supporting our Compensation Partnerships and Analytical Solutions (Compas) offer within the Broad Based Compensation practice. The Compas offer provides ongoing compensation co-sourcing to our clients including annual compensation cycle support and market data management technology. In this role you will work as part of a team to support compensation programs and serve as project manager for these engagements. Your primary responsibilities will include ongoing program support and project management for the following: Compensation survey management Survey Submissions Market Pricing Competitive Analysis Pay program modeling and costing Job evaluation Technology management activities in support of MarketLink market data management software including set-up and implementation for client engagements Participate in the implementation of MarketLink - including client requirements gathering and HRIS data mapping You will have frequent contact with clients, deliver client work that is mostly leveraged to you and begin to help generate revenue through extend and expand opportunities. You will apply content knowledge and technical skills in the above areas in working with clients and assisting with less complex client proposals in addition to testing new functionality of market data management tools, developing and managing processes for the completion of client deliverables, and assist in training entry level consultants. Qualifications 2 - 3 years progressive experience in either Compensation or a Rewards content area; or experienced HR systems professional with exposure to management of systems in support of compensation programs or manager self-service tools. Strong data management skills, process orientation and attention to detail are essential. Proficient in using Compensation Management software for survey management, market pricing, and competitive analysis. Experience managing and executing project plans Previous experience in client-facing roles or in a business compensation role Knowledgeable about day-to-day operations of the Compensation function and how compensation programs and information integrates with other areas of HR and the organization Demonstrated analytical capabilities Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access Strong communication skills with proficiency in drafting business correspondence, reports and presentations Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business or equivalent experience.
