JOB TITLE Satellite Coordinator, SaltLake City, UT
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:The Satellite Coordinator will provide direction for all aspects of Human Resources and operations functions for the Satellite offices.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: employee, client and vendor relations, employee recruiting, regulatory compliance, HCA Corporate guidelines and Ethics and Compliance training.The responsibilities also include ensuring the daily operations of the satellite office.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESThis position requires the following minimal requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work well within a team environment
Ability to work well independently and with limited supervision
Ability to develop and implementing training curriculum per HCA requirements
Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
Experience with relational databases, data analysis and report writing
Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED Required.Bachelors Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE 2-3 years of experience in the Healthcare staffing and/or human resources experience required
