Note: All Corporate Internship Program positions are based out of Bentonville, Arkansas unless otherwise ending on the individuals skill set and interest there are multiple projects this intern could be involved with. (1) Developing an HR Training Plan for corporate HR associates; (2) Assisting with all aspects of our Executive Development Program; or (3) Exposure to field training instruction design, facilitation, development, etc. - Must be currently enrolled in an MBA, Masters or Doctoral program as of May 31, 2012 OR Have finished your degree requirements but must complete an internship before you can receive your diploma - Must have 3-5 years of significant work experience and career progression in your field's concentration (for example, finance majors would need to have 3-5 years prior financial work experience)- Must have desire to work in an HR function- Retail exposure- HR classes- Training and development experience- Organization Behavior Classes- Organization Psychology Classes 73877BR
