The Sales Recruiting Manager will own and manage the recruiting strategy and execution for our four National Sales Centers and Field Sales divisions. This person will be responsible for managing a small recruiting team which includes; setting aggressive recruiting goals and expectations, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, training, managing performance, development, etc.
Partner with hiring managers to scope job position and gain a solid understanding of the skills and educational requirements in addition to the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate for the specific team
Prepare reports for all levels of the organization as necessary, and assures the integrity, timeliness and maintenance of the recruiting staff’s data
Monitor vendor performance from a quality and budgetary standpoint
Maintain and track spending against advertising and recruiting budgets
Maintain compliance against all company and external policies and applicable laws
Develop our external employment brand to strengthen our talent pipeline
Lead recruiting process improvement efforts for increased efficiency, quality and client experience
Continuously improve and implement recruiting methodologies and readily adapt strategies to adjust to changing market and customer conditions
Build a world-class in-house recruiting team for great customer and candidate experience
Build close relationships with our executive team across all functions to develop long-term talent slates
Continually grow the pipeline of qualified candidates through constant networking
Strategically work with hiring managers through workforce planning to support them in their department growth
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in general business management, human resources or other related field plus 6-8 years experience in HR/Recruiting.Must have at least 3 years previous management experience in a fast-paced environment. Professional in Human Resources or comparable HR certification preferred. Solid knowledge of local, state and federal laws governing recruiting and employment issues.
