Yes, we are looking to add to our staff. Our firm, previously one of WNY’s fastest 50 companies three
years in a row, is really experiences some strong demand and we are looking for
some assistance.
A majority of our recruiting is for sale individuals for our clients in the emerging to start up
technology sectors in major markets. We have seen some upstate NY growth and we feel it is time to add a person or two to the staff.
We are looking for someone that is familiar with the contingency search/recruiting model, still excited about making placements and more importantly a tolerance for a small company. We are coming up on its 11th year and this is the 3rd time the founder has come out of a recession.
The three skills we are looking for are as
follows:
Ability to talk communicates with sales people, both
email and voice.
Self motivated, persistent, dynamic, driven…that type of
DNA or you will not make it.
Some form of recruiting and or client management
experience in the staffing industry.
Requirements:
1-10 years successfully in sales/recruiting
Stability, if you have had more then one job we need to
see a 3 year average at each job.
Experience in a small company. (a must have)
Smart, we would give preference to a college
degree.
Ability to come to Hamburg, NY
every day.
