Sales Coordinator
Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA
Reports to: General Sales Manager and/or Local Sales Manager
Direct Reports: no direct subordinates
Introduction:
Are you a problem solver? Do you anticipate schedule changes before they are announced? Do you like to be involved with a project from start to finish? Do you like to create visually appealing presentations? Then maybe a job as a sales coordinator might be a good fit. As a Sales Coordinator you will be involved in the creation of graphically strong sales collateral and provide administrative support for all account executives and coordinate projects for managers.

Responsibilities:
* Create and prepare sales materials for Account Executive?s media kits and sales presentations
* Provide research data from Tapscan and other related software to incorporate into sales presentations, proposals and other collateral materials
* Administrative support for the General/Local Sales Manager and Account Executives
* Help manage the schedule of the management team; manage all incoming phone calls and mail correspondence
* Assist Account Executives with sales contracts, presentations, proposals, research, transmitting broadcast times, manual invoices, client liaison and maintaining files
* Enter sales orders into Trafficlink; process weekly traffic generated contracts
* Maintain research sales pieces
* Assist in the set-up/clean-up of business meetings and department functions
* Greet visitors, clients, and other guests in a professional manner at all times
* Make travel arrangements
* Schedule interviews/meetings
* Obtain office supplies, coordinate direct/indirect mailings
* Preparation and distribution of internal and external correspondence, memorandums, emails and faxes
* Provide general support to department for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, budget input, and expense report processing
* Maintains confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information related to the company and personnel
* Plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload and meet organizational standards and needs
* Communicate effectively in person, via Internet, e-mail and telephone
* Implements department procedures and policies
* Front desk support when required; back-up other sales coordinators or staff assistants as needed
* Other duties and special projects as assigned



Requirements:

Experience/Education/Qualifications/Professional Certifications:
* Excellent administrative and multi-tasking skills
* Extensive knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
* Strong computer skills, particularly in PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Excel and Word
* Graphics layout experience and able to utilize Internet as a quick reference/resource
* Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Ability to continually pay attention to detail, establish priorities, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines
* Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced, and rapidly growing environment with a positive attitude
