Sales Assistant- Radio
KZZO-FM is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to senior sales management and the KZZO-FM sales staff. We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual who can multi-task and has exceptional organizational and computer skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience and be energetic, efficient, and capable of interacting with a variety of personalities in a lively, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
-Create sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials
-Create and/or maintain one-sheets and media kits
-Prepare spreadsheets to track and report incoming billing; generate various sales reports
-Coordinate business travel and assist in scheduling/coordination of meetings and appointments
-Compile and organize documents for meetings
-Process expense reports for reimbursement
-Coordinate tasks and projects with other departments and individuals
-Perform general administrative duties including filing, faxing and copying
-Provide other administrative support to sales management and staff as needed
