Sales Assistant (National Sales)
Phoenix Radio Station is looking for a professional, detail oriented individual who can multi-task and has exceptional organizational and computer skills to support the National Sales Department as a Sales Assistant and to act as a liaison between the National Sales Manager and clients when appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist National Sales Manager with preparing and faxing proposals.
- Maintain account lists and client database.
- Interact closely with the Traffic Department to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and track down missing copy and instructions.
- Support National Sales promotions and projects.
- Provide clerical support functions for Account Executives and Sales Managers as needed.
- Answer phones, greet guests and handle overnight packages as needed.
