Recruitment Process Outsourcing – Director, Operations
Director will work on-site supporting one of our Global Investment Management Clients. Strong fundamental understanding of RPO, Recruitment Management and P&L oversight is critical. This position has operational and financial responsibility for the overall engagement of the assigned RPO account. This role will interact with Client leadership on a daily basis.

EXPERIENCE:
5 or more years of combined business, recruiting, and operations leadership and demonstrated successes within a complex organization
2+ years of experience managing a P&L preferred
2+ years of experience forecasting experience preferred
5 or more years of experience managing and directing a recruitment team within a client service role
