| Start date: ASAP Time period: Permanent Salary: +/- 65 000$ Relocation/travel requirements: Oui sur le territoire For our client, a well-known worldwide company, we are looking for a : Regional Human Resources Manager. Location : The office is based in Montreal but the Regional HR manager covers the province of Quebec As an integral member of the Human Resources Team, this position is responsible for : - Providing Human Resources generalist services to assigned operations groups - Advising, counselling and coaching Operations Managers on improving their management skills and business results by training them to assess, coach and develop their employees, manage performance, and resolve employee relations issues - Ensuring legal compliance and minimising the risk of legal or third party action - Assisting in organisational effectiveness, performance management, and other HR projects - Generally assisting in the improvement of employee relations and morale throughout the company in order to achieve the HR team mission and strategic objectives and to assist the company in the achievement of its business goals. Requirements : - University degree in a relevant field of study (Human Ressources / Industrial relations / Management) - 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience. (Relevant experience in : recruitment, performance management, employee relations (coaching, counselling, feedback, conflict resolution, investigations, discipline, termination), work process and job design, compensations & benefits, training and development, personnel administration, employment related legal requirements.) - Fully bilingual (10/10 English and French speaking and writing) - Experience in «multi-unit» management (ex. restaurants, Banks, retail stores, etc.) - Member of the CHRP or ORHRI - Comfortable with travelling Our client offers you a competitive salary (+/- 65 000$benefits) and will gives you great challenges and great opportunities.
