DISH Network has an employment opportunity for an individual with energy, intellect, and the need to achieve as a Regional Human Resources Manager, supporting the Southcentral Region. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Coaching and advising senior management about talent management best practices
Recruiting, developing and retaining a best in class HR team
Assisting with HR projects to help improve the function and the business
Conduct market and financial analyses as needed to become more effective and efficient in recruiting and retaining talent
Partner with Recruiters and HR Leaders across the business to support development of hiring media plans, implementation, data tracking and continuous improvement
Serve as change agent to help business evolve with new products and services
