Recruiting Manager
Reporting to the Senior Director of Recruiting, the Recruiting Manager will coordinate activities related to the recruiting process including, but not limited to, the sourcing, screening, and scheduling of interviews of qualified professionals. His/her ultimate goal is helping to develop and maintain a diversified team of candidates/Consultants available for placement on open engagements. The successful candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and will be able to work as a team player. The nature of the work will require the candidate to demonstrate initiative and responsibility and be flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced and fluid business environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates; this includes utilizing the internet, social media, networking, cold-calling, etc.
Partner with the internal team to understand business needs and future requirements for sourcing and recruiting
Develop and maintain a personal network of contacts for candidates and referrals
Perform preliminary screening of candidates to ensure qualification and fit for our practice; schedule interviews with the Directors of Recruiting
Develop effective relationships with potential candidates ensuring ongoing interest in employments opportunities
Review daily resume submissions including initial screening to ensure candidates meet minimum criteria
Assist with on-boarding process including reference checks and investigation of any background check issues
Maintain candidate database including data entry, tracking, and processing changes
Provide ad hoc reporting/support and special projects as requested
Attend weekly and monthly team status meetings
Professional Experience
Must have 2-5 years of prior recruitment experience preferably in a professional services environment
4-year bachelor degree required
Technically proficient with all aspects of internet recruiting
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
Experience in performing technical interviews for IT professionals a plus
