Position Summary:
The Role
As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for playing an integral role in supporting all recruiting efforts by scheduling and coordinating candidate meetings with hiring managers throughout the company, maintaining our applicant tracking system and job postings, drafting employment contracts, managing the EMEA and North American onboarding process, and contributing to other projects as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Candidate Experience (35%)
- Coordinate scheduling and candidate travel for EMEA interviews - Cultivate relationships with candidates to guide them through the interview process - Manage candidate reimbursement for interview travel expenses including reconciling the candidate travel credit card and American Express travel expenses - Assist and participate in the planning and execution of events such as group interview days, career fairs, and professional organization meetings - Support interview coordination in North America when required
Applicant Tracking/Job Postings/Careers Site (20%)
- Post jobs for recruiters; ensure all job postings comply with template standards and Red Hat employment brand (EMEA and NA) - Administer applicant tracking system to update, audit, and maintain candidate data - Manage all incoming candidate calls by providing them with direction to our application process - Create and maintain job postings on external job boards (EMEA and NA)
New Hire Onboarding (35%)
- Manage the onboarding process for all US and EMEA new-hires to include (but not limited to): - Creating and sending offer packets to all new hires (EMEA) - Follow up with hiring managers to ensure account requests and laptop orders have been placed for all new hires (EMEA and NA) - Partner with other members of EMEA People Team to ensure smooth integration of new-hires into the company (EMEA) - Work with HRIS and payroll to create new hire accounts (EMEA and NA) - Manage Director level and above onboarding: creating first week's agenda, scheduling introductory meetings, and making travel arrangements. (EMEA)
Projects (10%)
- Support Talent Acquisition team projects on a global basis by: - Identifying and documenting existing team processes - Researching and reporting on industry best practice - Executing project tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
- Acute attention to detail and strong communication skills - Prior Human Resources or Recruiting experience preferred
