Summary
The Recruiter will work directly with the Human Resources Department to provide full-lifecycle recruiting in support of various Federal government contract requirements including cleared personnel. Will recruit for all groups for a variety of positions with specific US government contract requirements and security clearances. Will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, prescreening candidates and coordinating interviews.

1. Conduct full-life cycle recruiting. This includes working with the Recruiting Manager and/or the Director of HR to determine hiring requirements; defining criteria for search; conducting interviews; assessing and ranking candidates; presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers; checking references; and as requested coordinate relocations. Conduct Background Checks through third party provider as required by contract.
2. Coordinate with Facility Security Officer regarding required security clearances.
3. Track the candidate's status from initial contact to actual hire date; must be able to give information upon request on status of candidate to include but not limited to: interviews with manager, confirm clearance/poly status, and track items such as start date, clearance info, status, etc.
4. Navigate the Internet, using various sources, to review resumes and produce qualified candidates.
5. Develop, maintain and report staffing metrics to the Recruiting Manager and/or Director of Human Resources weekly or on request.
6. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
7. Provide customer service to hiring manager, candidates and employees by answering hiring questions/concerns in a timely manner.
8. Screen and follow appropriate procedures for recruiting personnel as they relate to interagency security clearances and qualification for contractor personnel.
9. Ensure resume database integrity and consistency.
10. Maintain hiring records in compliance with government requirements.
11. Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring and ongoing recruiting efforts.
12. Adhere to all Chenega Corporate employment policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of two years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a government or government contracting environment.
Familiarity with recruitment and employment practices and laws.
Computer Skills Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance: Valid U.S. Driver's License.
