Recruiter - Koch Fertilizer, LLC

Koch Fertilizer, LLC and its affiliates own or have interests in Nitrogen Fertilizer plants in the United States, Canada, Trinidad and Tobago, and Venezuela. The companies cover global demand through state-of-the-art terminals in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Koch Fertilizer, LLC and its affiliates, including Koch Nitrogen Company, LLC and Koch Fertilizer Canada, ULC, have the capability to manufacture, market and distribute more than 10 million metric tons of fertilizer products annually.

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team. This is a newly created position and a direct result of our growth and increasing demand for top talent. The successful candidate will be fully experienced in all aspects of recruiting from developing the recruitment strategy, sourcing resumes, working with business managers and closing candidates. This position will require execution of full life cycle recruiting for a high volume of requisitions in a fast paced environment.

Additional responsibilities include:
Responsible for sourcing, phone interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers for review and handling all precursors prior to hiring
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions autonomously based on key business needs
Manage the job offer process and reference/background checks to ensure a smooth transition as the applicant moves to the on boarding stage.

Requirements:
Previous recruiting experience preferably in a corporate environment
Experience with employment laws as it relates to selection/recruiting
Applicant tracking experience required
Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment
Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Excellent communication skills
Must have the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, both internally and externally
Interpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive and confidential issues
Must have the ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and laws related to employment activities and to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment

Preferred:
Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking databases System)
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business or related field
