Recruiter
Three-month temporary assignment (with possibility of extension) with major healthcare institution. Full-time, validated parking available Recruitment Coordinator Under general supervision, participates in all aspects of the recruitment process as required. Conducts employment related research as requested. Assists with sourcing of qualified candidates as needed. Supports recruitment team by assisting with customized candidate screening, testing, evaluation, referral & tracking, & job postings. Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, & practices to supervisors, HR staff, & others. Maintains familiarity with all recruiting needs within Region. Serves as point of contact in absence of recruiter to provide consultative service to hiring authorities. Collaborates with other HR departments to assure inter-departmental processes & procedures are prompt, accurate & complimentary. Coordinates the on-boarding of new hires & employee transfers. Supports compliance & Principles of Responsibility. Maintains confidentiality. Protects organizational assets. Exhibits ethics & integrity. Adheres to applicable federal & state laws & regulations, accreditation & licensing requirements, policies & procedures. Reports &/or resolves issues of non-compliance. Essential Functions: With direction from recruiter & others, participates in various aspects of the recruitment process Conducts employment related research as requested. Assists recruitment team with electronic & other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates. Assists recruitment team with customized screening & initial contact of applicants to determine qualification & interest level. Refers appropriate candidates to recruiter &/or hiring supervisor as directed Provides support coordination of recruitment projects & related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, & others, as assigned. Participates in & provides analytical support in design, development, & implementation of recruitment projects & programs, as assigned Attends & participates in job fairs, community activities & other public & departmental recruitment-related events as assigned. Represents & Promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, & collecting applicant data Develops & maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, HRSC & related organizational policies, practices, procedures, &/or regulations. Serves as point of contact for provision of consultative service to hiring authorities as appropriate. Assists in implementing policies & procedures. Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, & practices to supervisors, HR staff, & others. Refers to recruiters & other staff as appropriate Handles & prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment & initiative Develops & maintains general familiarity with immigration & re-certification process. Refers related questions appropriately. Provides general information. Responds to inquiries related to immigration & re-certification as directed. Refers to Program Office & HR staff as appropriate Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment. Assists with implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process Maintains working knowledge of all Recruitment processes & related laws or regulations. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of employment, compensation, benefits, pay administration & related organizational policies, practices &/or regulations Additional essential functions as listed in the complete job description Basic Qualifications: Two years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related area One year of candidate sourcing
